Figgi helps guide you through these challenges so you can feel confident, empowered on your parenthood journey. We provide our members with a dedicated doula and access to an array of other wellness providers.

Common Questions

Do you offer tele-health or in person support?

We are a telehealth company, which means all of our appointments are available online in a HIPAA compliant platform. We offer in person support in select cities (Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, Madison, WI, Raleigh, NC).  Based on member needs we can offer in person in other cities (travel rates will apply.)

Will I be connected with the same person for the duration of my membership?

Yes! You will stay connected with the same doula for the duration of your membership. We do work as part of a team so if you need to connect with an IBCLC, sleep coach or health coach, you have the option of scheduling a call with another expert on the team. While it’s rare, occasionally we do have parents request to switch their assigned doula. We are happy to accommodate you!

Is it possible to cancel my membership?

We get it! Life happens! Perhaps you realized you need in person support or financially Figgi is not a good fit. We will refund you a prorated amount based on the time of month of your requested cancellation and how many sessions (for video membership package) you have used in your membership

Can I refer a friend?

Absolutely! Please reach out to use via email for a special promo code you and your friend can use for a discounted month! 

Do you accept insurance?

We are working insurance coverage at this time. You may qualify for coverage from one of our IBCLC lactation consultants. They can provide you with a superbill. 

Can you create a custom package for me?

Absolutely! Please reach out to us for custom pricing. 

Your own newborn +breastfeeding guru

Motherhood is hard and it takes a village. You need a guru to help with all the things that pop up. Hali cheers me on and helps guide me through each step. I don’t produce enough milk to breastfeed exclusively, but she helps me maximize what I can produce. She came up with a pumping schedule that is realistic and keeps me on track through her proactive check-ins.
