We believe in the highest quality of care. You can feel confident leaving  your newborn under the care of an experienced and certified doula. For overnight care we can help exhausted parents get more sleep. If you are nursing/pumping, we will support you during this time. We will change, burp and soothe your little one back to sleep. Daytime sessions are perfect for getting help with breastfeeding, reassurance of newborn behaviors, recovery tips, meal prep, baby laundry, bottle or pump part washing. When we support you during the day, you get to ask all your questions in real time.  We recommend first booking a call with us to meet with one of our doulas.

Postpartum services are catered to your individual needs, but may include:

  • Breastfeeding education and support, infant care, education and assistance.
  • Emotional support specific to the trials of the postpartum period.
  • Light housekeeping, such as laundry or dishes.
  • Day or overnight hours.

A postpartum doula specializes in newborn and post delivery care for mom. Families use a postpartum doula to adjust to being home with their new baby. Postpartum doulas offer whatever a mother needs to best enjoy and care for her new baby. A large part of our role is education. We share information about baby care with parents, as well as teach siblings and partners to “mother the mother.” Postpartum doulas also make sure the mother is fed, well hydrated and comfortable. We will gladly help with basic food prep, teaching infant care, and assistance with breastfeeding or pumping. These services are customized to each client as every family’s needs are different.
